Q: How dangerous is Pro Wrestling?
A: It varies to be honest but the risk and potential for danger is extremely high. This sport is one where accidents can and will occur and some mistakes can be crucial no matter how much training and preparation you have. In some ways, it can be a truly beautiful and artistic display. While at other times, it can be very violent and dangerous. There is truly nothing like it. To talk about the extent of danger in wrestling consider this: multiple men have literally died in the wrestling ring while competing and others have walked away without so much as breaking a sweat. It's give and take but the risk is surely there.
Q: Do you advise people that are ages 13-15 to train at such a young age and ultimately wrestle like you did?
A: Not at all. If you read the first question that answers a larger part as to why I feel that way. Wrestling is a very dangerous sport. On top of that it is a mans' sport. It is not the place for teenagers and children. It takes a very mature individual to make it who takes what they do very seriously and it is extremely uncommon to find someone at that age level that is ready; both physically and mentally for the struggles of being a professional wrestler. Sure, it grants the opportunity for incredible experiences and a learning edge over your peers, however, if you don't carry yourself properly or aren't mature enough and mess up in your early years which can be very crucial; you could wind up ruining potential opportunity.
Q: Now that Dylan Bostic is on the west coast is that somebody you would like to wrestle? I think that would be a great match.
A: To be honest, I don't believe that I have ever seen Dylan Bostic wrestle although I am familiar with his name. I believe he used to wrestle in Canada? Because I'm not entirely familiar with him, he isn't on my list of people I really want to work with but if he is as good as you make him out to be then I would love to wrestle him. All I am looking for is some good competition so if he can provide it, I would love to make it happen. Hopefully he does well for himself over here and it can happen sooner rather than later.
