Q: How do you normally prepare during the week for your matches?
A: That is an excellent question although really it depends on what my weekend is going to entail. Normally,I will spend my days at the gym during the week in addition to training in ring during the week a few times as well when given the opportunity. Aside from just staying in good physical shape; I always try to stay on track mentally by eating right and keeping my mood uplifted as well which in my mind plays a huge role in how my events go.
