Q: What are your thoughts on the recent passing of CMLL President Paco Alanso?
A: It is incredibly sad. CMLL is one of the longest running Wrestling promotions on the planet. To lose someone so largely influential in Sr. Paco Alanso, their company President, is an incredible blow to not only Mexican and Lucha Libre culture but in Professional Wrestling culture worldwide. Seeing stars like Chris Jericho and others who have worked professionally with Alanso and CMLL sharing their sentiments and condolences really speaks as to the level of influence and respect that this man had in the world of Professional Wrestling. My thoughts are with his family and friends.
