Q: How often do you train and work out per week?
A: Interesting question! Lately,my regimen has drastically increased to where I find myself in the ring at least seven times per week which averages out to once per day. Typically, I set my week to allow me to train Monday through Thursday in the morning with assured doubles on Monday and Thursday's when I train in the evening as well. Depending on my weekend schedule from Friday to Sunday; I sometimes fill an open day with a session. Essentially every day of the week that I am not in the ring for work I will be in the ring to train.
