The intent of this short forum is to serve as check in with our fans and friends in an attempt to interact with and offer some positive motivation as we prepare to head in to a brand new week full of exciting opportunity!

Additionally, the Positivity Piece will include News and Updates pertaining to Defeat Depression Today: our fundraisers and our progress in putting a stop to Depression for good!

Every day Defeat Depression Today aims to raise awareness regarding the every day dangers of Depression along with spreading motivation and positivity through our social media and online campaigns and volunteer opportunities.

This week, DDT is sharing '#RELAX' and asking our followers to get involved in sharing encouragement to those around you to Relax throughout the week.

This time of the year can be harsh and hectic. Don't forget to unplug, if even for a moment, throughout the week and truly relax. Sometimes; taking just a few minutes to recharge, rethink, and re-evaluate a stressful or tense situation can make a big difference in the way you react. Take some time for yourself this week to Relax.

Q: Who is your Dream opponent?
A: Great question. When I think all-time Dream opponents, guys like Owen Hart, Ric Flair, and Lou These come to mind. Realistically, in the modern era of Professional Wrestling, I would love to tangle with talent like Bryan Danielson or Jonathan Gresham. Both I consider among the best modern wrestlers of this generation.

Q: When was the last time you had long hair? Do you ever plan to grow it back out again?
A: It wasn't very long ago that I had a long flowing mane of brown and blonde hair. In fact, it was around this time last year that I finally cut the long hair style that I had grown for the past nine months prior. Could I see myself growing my hair out again sometime? Sure. It just takes time and patience; the latter of which I struggle with at times. Never say never, though!

Q: What are you most grateful for this year?
A: I love this question. I have so much to be thankful for this year. From my friendships and personal relationships flourishing to the growth of myself as a personal and professional - this year has had no shortage of triumphs. I am incredibly Thankful to be in the position I'm in. I think it's easier to generalize my gratitude than sit here all day listing the dozens of relationships that I value and appreciate. Those that have inspired me should understand how invaluable their friendship is to me. I wish there was an easier way to describe my feelings. I couldn't do this without my people. I am so Thankful for my Team.
