Q: What are your favorite Thanksgiving foods?A: Oh this should be fun. I am a sucker for the holidays. Something about the Fourth Quarter of the year - the weather, the food, the fellowship. It can be a very joyful time of the year. With Halloween now behind us I guess it is only fair to start thinking about Thanksgiving! Of course, Turkey has to be on the list. Traditional or Deep-Frying cooking methods are both acceptable; although I’ve grown to enjoy the convenience of a quicker cook with the deep-fryer when given the option. Ham and Mashed Potatoes for me are the central ingredients to an all-time delicious Thanksgiving feast. Combine that with some well buttered rolls and some A1 steak sauce and I’m a happy camper. Believe it or not I’m not much of a pie guy. The way I eat the main course doesn’t permit for much space for dessert regardless!
