Q: Are your siblings as athletic as you?
A: They are certainly athletic. My sister took part in competitive gymnastics for a few years among other sports. My brother is a current Pop Warner football player among other sports as well. As athletic as me? That's a different story. I'm sure in some areas they may have me beat, but overall I am confident that I am athletically superior. Maybe a family competition is in order.
Q: What are your feelings on allowing kids to go into the ring at a show to wrestle and play? I am not asking for safety reasons, assuming promoter and parents are ok with it. I have heard some Wrestlers say it a disgrace because the ring is hallowed ground! Although, if that is so; why do we allow children to play on a baseball field or basketball court?
A: I completely understand where the idea of the 'hallowed ground' comes from. However, I personally apply that when in regards to other wrestlers or those involved in the actual event. For example, if a trainee began to play in or disrespect the ring without being ready or invited I would consider that a disgrace because that person has not earned the privilege of being inside the ring that others have sacrificed so much for. In the case of young children or paying fans; while I think it is very dangerous and unsafe, I disregard that attitude and just let the children have fun. Essentially, if you should know better than to get in the ring and you enter despite that, it is a problem. Again, it varies by person. I may react completely different than someone else who is more/less serious about that particular situation.
Q: Who are some tag teams to watch and why?
A: Kind of a broad question because there is just so many great tag teams in wrestling history. A few teams I personally enjoy(ed) watching include: Chris Benoit & Kurt Angle, The Steiner Brothers, The Fabulous Freebirds, and The Briscoe Brothers outstanding among a very long list. There is so much good wrestling in this world it is extremely difficult for myself to narrow it down to such a select few "favorites".
