Q: When not on shows do you like to go to shows and watch matches?
A: No not normally. I am wrestling so frequently that when I get a day off or free time I tend to usually take advantage of it and do something non-wrestling related. Plus, with the area I am in; I'm not sure I would want to go to many of the shows being put on. I really can't remember the last time I went to a show just for fun.
Q: you look like you have added on weight and muscle. Have you been lifting? What kind of weight training do you do and what kind of diet are you on
A: Excellent question and I am happy that somebody noticed. Yes I have been working out a lot this past year. Currently, I eat very lean with lots of protein and sufficient amount of carbs. I weight train 5 days a week and do a middle to heavyweight lifting routine with little cardio exercise.
Q: Do you consider SoCal Pro to be where you were trained and where your homebase is for training now in the USA
A: Yes. I definitely would. I frequent the SoCal Pro training school every week and am a regular on their events while I am in town. They are among my favorite companies to work for here in Southern California.
