Q: Were you able to watch Wrestle Kingdom over the week? If so, what are your thoughts? If not, do you plan to tune in?
A: Cool question. The short answer to your question is: not yet. I do plan to tune in over the upcoming weekend once I get some free time to check out some of the marquee moments and matches from the event. I have heard plenty of reports from the event and, as always, it appears to have hit a home run. I look forward to checking out the IWGP Heavyweight and United States Heavyweight Championship bouts in addition to another appearance of The Great Muta - whose match with Shinsuke Nakamura at the start of the year for Pro Wrestling NOAH I did see and was impressed by. I'm sure that the fans in Japan this week have had one hell of a time! I look forward to checking out the event and recapping next week!

Q: What is your main goal, personally and professionally, for the first month of the year?
A: Great question! I haven't always considered myself one for a 'New Years Resolution' but rather a list of tangible goals and hopes for the year - which is just about the same just phrased a little better. I certainly take more seriously a year-long goal than I would a New Years Resolution - which almost never end up being fulfilled in my experience. This year, some of my personal goals are to tan at least once a week, work out five days a week, and partake in yoga-esque stretching at least three days a week. My physical progress is certainly high on my priority list. Professionally: I have made it a goal to maintain a full-time in ring schedule, return to a full-time/Semi full-time in-ring training schedule, and to maintain a helpful and professional attitude in the Wrestling space. I can't wait to track my progress and subsequently grow as a Professional and as a Man.

Q: What does your routine workout schedule for the week look like?
A: Great question. This year I am trying my best to be in the gym at least five days during the week. The plan is to work out from Monday to Friday for about an hour to ninety minutes. Chest on Monday; Biceps on Tuesday; Triceps on Wednesday; Legs on Thursday; and Back on Friday. If I am able to squeeze in a sixth day I plan to devote that time to shoulders. Otherwise, I'll sprinkle shoulders in sporadically throughout the week! Additionally, I hope to return to the ring at least once a week for in-ring training which is sure to supplement my workout schedule! I am excited to track my progress and hopefully make some noticeable changes in the new year!
